Gaurav’s executive roles involved reporting to the Board Audit Committee and direct engagement with its Chair, with responsibility for enterprise-wide assurance, risk visibility, governance and performance-related matters across complex, international operations. His Board perspective is further strengthened by the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma, awarded with Distinction, which developed his knowledge and skills across Board governance, directors’ duties, audit and financial reporting, internal control, risk management and effective Board contribution. This formal Board training builds on extensive practical executive experience. Throughout his career, Gaurav has been a consistent voice in the Boardroom, bringing independent challenge, insight and assurance to matters of governance, risk, control, performance and strategic decision-making.
